| I'm not much of an expert on running shoes but I really like the feel of these shoes. Great grip and support. The best running shoe I have ever purchased. Only negative is that if you run in gravel or rocky terrain, rocks will get caught in the shoe and be annoying and sometimes poke into your heel. So all I do is avoid running on rocks. |

I purchased these shoes over a year ago, and since then I have been nothing but impressed. I think it's important to keep in mind that these shoes are not intended for backwoods, sand or gravel running, as they will catch loose rocks, sand and debris in the springs and this can be annoying and probably even dangerous.
But if you're running on asphalt, concrete, grass, packed dirt, etc, then these shoes deserve 5/5 stars.

| I got those shoes thru amazon (great service, they did arrive earlier than expected). The shoes are very confortable, with great support for running & walking, and they look great (I got the white with silver one)with jeans or shorts. I will recommend to buy them. |
